Healthy breakfast is like a fuel to our body which helps to kick starts the metabolism. But, being a Delhi girl I always have seen my family eating heavy paranthas for breakfast, I have seen the variety of food that too loaded with extra butter. No matter what, we just need a reason to celebrate whether it is an occasion of happiness or a festival we always begin up with highly oily food. We start every festival with some deep fried heavy ‘kachoris’ or ‘ pooris’ and yes how can we forget sweets. I love to follow all my traditions and rituals, whether it is about dressing in ethnic attire or the yummy buttery food but one thing that we should not forget is our health. 1. Spinach

This Green veggie is rich in water, antioxidants, vitamins k and minerals all find in one veggie. It is low in calories but high in fibers. Spinach is a super food because one cup of it can make you feel fuller. It acts as a fat cutter and also helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
